WHAT: Bags and BBQ
WHEN: Sunday, August 14, 2022; Begins at 11 am

COST: $20 Entry Fee Per Team (+ online processing fee)
Please register and pay online for your team of 2, if 2 pool members are partners, please choose one member to register and pay the entry fee. If you are having troubles signing up online please bring cash day of and send an email with your name.
DETAILS: Teams must consist of 2 adult players (16+ older to play), with a minimum of one active BWSRC member per team (meaning, you can bring a ringer from outside the club to be your partner. ) Please provide both player names when registering. Any non-member can use the pool during and after bags play, they may bring family members and pay the $7 per person guest fee for each of their family members.
Tournament play will be based on the number of teams participating (with a maximum of 32 allowed). Game rules will be supplied during the day of the event. Tournament payout for top three winning teams* (50%-30%-10% of total entry fees, 10% will be paid to the winners of a side tournament that go 0-2 in standard bracket)
Participants can bring their own bags to play, but we will also have bags on hand that can be used.

BBQ:
Do you have the best ribs recipe? This same day, we will be hosting our First Annual BBQ Pork Rib contest. Special guest judge, Willie Ray, along with a few selected members from the pool will be judging your entry based on 3 categories; Taste, Smell, and Presentation. The top three entries will win a prize. First place will take home a cash prize and be recognized as the best ribs at BWSRC!!! And of course, bragging rights!!! We will also be selling $3.00 smoked pulled pork sandwiches for anyone until we run out.
Pre-registration for the event must be submitted by August 7th, and a $10 entry fee will be required with your entry the day of the event. All rib entries MUST be turned in at the pool on Sunday between 12:45-1. Judging will begin at 1pm SHARP. You will be responsible for purchasing, marinating, cooking, smoking... whatever you do to make your ribs the best! Please provide enough for no more than 5 judges.
All pool rules will remain in effect. No Glass!
You may participate in both events on this day. We will accommodate!
