Bowman Woods Swim and Racquet Club offers a wide range of swim lessons to develop your child into a strong swimmer with proper technique. Swim lessons are open to members and the public.
We are excited to bridge BWSRC lessons with our school district lessons that are taught to LM elementary students during the school year. There are 3 levels that move fluidly and quickly based on individual skills and mastery. Once a station within the level is mastered, students are able to advance... it’s that simple! The 3 levels are preschool (ages 3-5), beginners (ages 5-18), and advanced (ages 5-18). If your child has completed lessons from the Linn-Mar Aquatic Center, please place them in the group that will most likely fit their ability. If you are unsure of their latest level and they have had previous lessons from Linn-Mar, send a quick email to the Aquatic Center to get an update on your child’s level. Otherwise, once they begin, we can easily find the appropriate level station to place your child. We are excited to help boost confidence and teach necessary swimming skills to our community and members. Thank you for choosing BWSRC!
